“Harrah’s Philadelphia possesses the financial integrity, stability and responsibility required to successfully implement and operate sports wagering,” according to an application released Tuesday by the PGCB. Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino has filed an application with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to offer sports betting at its Chester facility.
